Information is a strategic asset for the University of Melbourne. SocINDEX with Full Text (EBSCO) (1908 to current) - contains the full text of over 850 journals, as well as containing the full text of books and conference proceedings. Sociology Database (Proquest) (1985 - current) - indexes and full text of hundred of international scholarly journals and theses. Covers sociology, social work, social policy SocINDEX. Google Scholar was also accessed following the initial search. Primary search term groups were refined in consultation with ex-pert colleagues.
